By creating an account or using any platform functionality (including sensor integration, wear alert generation, technical inspection scheduling, and spare parts inventory management), the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.

The platform offers the following main functionalities:

• Real-time monitoring of operating parameters (vibration, temperature, current) via compatible industrial sensors.
• Wear analysis and defect prediction algorithms, generating alerts and maintenance recommendations.
• Centralized management of machinery lifecycle, including maintenance history and intervention scheduling.
• Spare parts inventory management and automated order placement with suppliers.

Services are provided "as is," within the limits of the current technical configuration. We do not guarantee that prediction algorithms will prevent all failures, as actual wear may be influenced by uncontrolled external factors (voltage fluctuations, accidental overloads, human error).

The user undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and complete data upon registration and update any changes within 5 business days.
• Use the platform exclusively for predictive maintenance and management of their own equipment or that of their clients, without infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and immediately notify any unauthorized access at info@equipementsmsinc.com.
• Not upload or transmit illegal, harmful content, or content that could affect system integrity (malware, automated scripts, hacking attempts).

We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate the account of any user who violates these obligations, without prior notice and without compensation.

The platform provider (equipementsmsinc.com) is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages caused by delays in alert transmission, sensor measurement errors, or equipment failures not predicted by algorithms.
• Financial losses, production interruptions, or additional costs generated by improper use of data provided by the platform.
• Continuous service availability – planned or unplanned interruptions (maintenance, cyber attacks, force majeure) do not incur our liability.

In any case, the total liability of the provider for a single event or a series of related events is limited to the value of the subscription paid by the user in the last 12 months.

The user is solely responsible for maintenance decisions made based on platform data and for compliance with local occupational safety and environmental regulations.

All elements of the platform (software, interface, algorithms, documentation, logos) are the exclusive property of equipementsmsinc.com or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the platform for the duration of the subscription, without the right to reproduce, modify, or distribute the content without prior written consent.

Technical data uploaded by the user (sensor readings, maintenance history, inventories) remains their property. We will not share this data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with a minimum of 14 days prior notice via email or announcement on the platform. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

The user may terminate use of the platform at any time by deleting their account in settings or by request at info@equipementsmsinc.com. Upon termination, personal and technical data will be deleted within 30 days, except for legal retention obligations.

The provider may unilaterally terminate the contract in case of non-payment, serious breach of terms, or suspension of activity, with 7 days' notice.
