01
What does "predictive maintenance" mean?
By predictive maintenance we mean the set of activities for monitoring and analyzing data collected from sensors installed on equipment, which allow estimating the optimal time for technical intervention, before a failure occurs. It does not include fixed periodic reviews or corrective repairs.
02
Who can use the platform?
The platform is intended exclusively for factory managers, maintenance engineers, and authorized personnel within manufacturing production units. Access by third parties or use for personal purposes is prohibited.
03
What data do the sensors collect?
The AV-300 sensors and other compatible devices exclusively collect technical parameters: vibrations, temperature, rotation speed, and electric current. No personal data, images, or sounds from the production environment are recorded.
04
How are spare parts inventories managed?
Inventories are managed through the PredictPro module, which automatically updates available quantities based on recorded consumption and placed orders. KPS-200 kits are delivered with standardized labeling for quick inventory.
05
What warranty do the equipment have?
All hardware products benefit from a contractual warranty of 24 months from the delivery date, except for wear parts (bearings, belts, filters) which are covered according to the technical specifications in each kit's datasheet.
06
How is a fault reported?
Faults are reported through the PredictPro platform, in the "Incident Reporting" section, or directly to the email address info@equipementsmsinc.com. The response time is a maximum of 4 working hours.
